Coffee Training Class | Barista Essentials

This course is for beginner and intermediate baristas. Whether you have no prior experience or if you’re ready to take your existing skill set to the next level to produce a beautiful flat white, we encourage you to sign up to this course.

Sho will go through all the basics you need to know, from grinder operation through to making a cup of coffee.

This course is recommended for those who want to work as a barista, or those who are currently working as a barista and want to improve their skills!

  • グラインダー操作、クリーニングの仕方
  • 正しいエスプレッソの抽出の仕方
  • 滑らかなミルクのスチームの仕方
  • ラテアートの注ぎ方、作り方
  • マシンのメンテナンス、クリーニングの仕方
  • 2人制、2時間のコースになります。

  • A hands on and fun approach
  • Easy to understand lesson for those fluent in Japanese
  • A 2hours course with 2 students, so you get plenty of time on the machine

  • Coffee on arrival
  • All coffee beans, milk and jugs provided
  • Basic coffee making knowledge to take into a hospitality role
