A note on Price Increases

Last year, we shared that changes were coming to Embassy Blend as part of our focus on values-led sourcing and building stronger relationships with producers. Over recent months, we’ve been working toward a new version of the blend built around coffees sourced through closer, long-term partnerships, and we’re excited to begin rolling this out from May.

This shift reflects our goal of making Embassy Blend fully traceable to individual farms. From May, the blend will be made up of two coffees sourced through relationship-based partnerships, allowing us to work more directly with producers, better understand their needs, support sustainable practices, and deliver coffee with care, quality, and real meaning behind every cup.

Alongside the release of this updated blend, incremental price adjustments will begin from May. These changes reflect the cost of sourcing coffee in this way, with the final retail prices reaching $22 for 250g and $79 for 1kg in June. We’re introducing these increases gradually over two months to make the transition as smooth as possible.

These adjustments also reflect the extra time, care, and behind-the-scenes work involved in building long-term relationships with producers while maintaining the quality and traceability of the blend. We know price changes aren’t always easy, and we appreciate your support as we continue moving toward a more transparent and sustainable way of sourcing coffee.

For those looking for a similar style coffee at a more accessible price point, we encourage you to try our Ranger blend, which now fills the role that Embassy previously held. This high-quality seasonal blend of regional coffees is roasted for sweetness and body.

We’ll be sharing more about these coffees and the farmers behind them as the new blend rolls out onto shelves and into hoppers.

At this time, we will also be increasing the price of Beyond Blend to where it should be; in line with the single origin coffees it is made up of. The final price of Beyond will be $24 for 250g and $86 for 1kg.
